About Jemma Blythe
Jemma Blythe is a Life Coach based in the United Kingdom. Jemma helps female trauma survivors reconnect with their past selves before trauma, to strengthen relationships and deepen their friendships with the people they love.
Throughout her life, she has had many ups and downs when it comes to her mental health, largely due to the trauma she suffered in her teenage years.
However, Jemma doesn't believe in letting that stop her, because since then she has used the coping techniques and her coaching techniques to help others to overcome obstacles in their lives, and it is thanks to that time, that 'Living Imperfectly Perfect' was born.
Jemma has also trained as a keynote speaker, to deliver her lessons about perfection to workplaces, schools and organisations to help empower people to embrace their imperfections, so they feel they are able to be themselves even in the workplace, boosting motivation and happiness.
In addition to booking Jemma for Life Coaching and Keynote Speaking. If you have a podcast and are looking for someone to talk about life coaching and the techniques of life coaching or the shackles that perfectionism puts on your life, then Jemma is also available to be booked on your podcast as well and very much looks forward to sharing her lived experiences too!
